4. Virtual Points & Purchases

SurlyBet uses a virtual points system:

• New accounts receive 25 free points upon registration
• Points can be wagered in games; winners receive points from losers
• Additional points can be purchased for real money via Stripe
• Purchased points have no cash value and are non-refundable
• Points cannot be transferred to real currency or withdrawn
• We reserve the right to adjust point balances to correct errors or address abuse

5. Fair Play

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play games
• Collude with other users to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploit bugs or glitches — report them instead
• Create accounts to manipulate your own win/loss record
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Violations may result in account suspension, point balance resets, or permanent bans without refund of purchased points.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (messages, comments). By posting, you grant SurlyBet a license to display that content on the platform. You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, threatening, or harassing
• Spam or commercial solicitation
• Impersonation of other users or real people

We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

Game results are accompanied by AI-generated commentary for entertainment purposes. This content is automatically generated and does not represent the views of SurlyBet. Commentary may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate — report issues to official@surlybet.com.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep SurlyBet available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.
